It’s so wild to me that they just put a modern, new-age witch here to proclaim Forrest’s divine destiny. That feels like the sort of thing Forrest would oppose, Lochlainn would find to be liberal bullshit, and most neo-Confederates watching this would hate. I desperately want to what went through the head of the writer who came up with that scene.
