The first page is so repetitive, we didn’t get to read the one for The Cavern of Doom. It’s Conquest at Whatever twice.
Zork 2: Zork Harder would’ve been a lot more fun naming convention for these.
I found book 3 at my school library when I was a kid, read it, loved it. Didn’t know what a Zork was because my family only got _educational_ computer games and Zork didn’t make the cut. So I forgot the title of the series and never found any more of those books. Now I’m glad.
I actually not only played Zork I-III when they came out but also every single Infocom game I could get a hold of. Now I realize I am seven hundred years old. Good night.
