i’m shocked that there isn’t anyone on this site from hampton roads who recognized that guy! his name (stage?) is sticky masterson & up until about 5 or 6 years ago if you were in norfolk, va & you were brave enough to venture under a bridge after midnight, & you were lucky enough to pick the right bridge sticky would straight up drain you for the very reasonable price of 1 gas station spicy pickle. my co-worker paul met him one night and it ruined his life. he left his wife, lost his job & wandered nightly looking but never found masterson again. he hung himself from the berkley bridge naked save for a red bandanna around his turgid member.
