Learning Day: Amelia Bedelia But She’s the Bad Kind of Crazy 🌭

Amelia Bedelia was first published in 1963 and has been reprinted for early readers of four generations. If you don’t remember from when you were six, it’s the story of a deranged cleaning woman who destroys her client’s home through a series of absurd misunderstandings. It’s cute, but what I propose to you is, what if it wasn’t?

Ah, Seanbaby’s patented batshit insanity. Now, that’s the good stuff. Hell of a way to start a Monday.

This kind of belonged on Upsetting Day, but it was redeemed at the end there by what I assume is an image of Miss Reilly herself making a tiny Seanbaby face.

Welp, im starting to get the hang of this broken dimension thing. Im also glad that Im not the only one who hears Scottie Pippin.

I was hoping that Amelia Bedelia was going to hiss “None of you are safe!” into Mrs Vanderbilt’s ear.
