Yes, THE Kompressor. I know! They’re current hosts of the excellent paranormal podcast Everything is Real at their site, Garbage Brain University. Clearly, they’re the perfect partners for a ‘Foot Hunt.
Some of you fear commitment. A Bigfoot can smell when your heart isn’t in it, and he will crystal you so fast. It might just be because I just played through the original trilogy for the first time, but I’m pretty sure what with the alien council, genetic engineering, and demon crystals that this is Mass Effect. Just replace “synthetics” with “bigfeet” and the similarities beggar belief.
Drew’s “No…..” when he learned of Merlin’s fate was heartbreaking. Like the last ounce of childhood wonder had just drained from his soul.
As a recent transplant to West-Central Vermont as well, I can attest to Natalie and Drew’s assertion about the local Bigfootin’ culture. It was unexpected to be sure, but does add some regional flavor to things. A local breakfast joint sells signed copies of a book written by a man about his personal Bigfoot encounter. The man frequents the establishment and is happy to discuss the matter with interested parties.
