Upsetting Day: Sucker Punch, Round Two

I haven’t seen suckerpunch but I thought she got lobotomized at the end. Is she seriously just straight out lobotomized before we get to the samurai robot fights? Why the fuck did my dumbest friends in school try and tell me “it’s all in her head” was some sort of plot twist I guessed from watching the first trailer and noticing one of the sets looked like an asylum?
