Oh September, the forgotten month when a lot of you were born. Your parents were freaks and did freaky stuff, probably sucked toes. September babies disgust me. Have a regular birthday like everyone else.
Anyway, this month had a normal amount of podcasts and I was watching Mission Hill for the infinity-ith time and wanted to try and draw that art style. Turns out it is very difficult and I am awful at it! But I had a great time, so I hope you enjoy it anyway. You know who else had a great time this month? Our writers!
Lydia Bugg showed off an incredible amount of fuckboy pope hats in her Fucking Day: Pope Shopping Spree. Alex Schmidt didn’t want Lydia to have all the fun so he brought us a moustache that is illegal to show in 31 states with Fucking Day: Calgary Flames Red Hot. And Merritt K, not to ever be outdone, gave us a double whammy this month. First, she brought us up to Canada for some wholesome family TV with Learning Day: Kids Can Rock and Roll, and then she did the kind of deep journalism Hot Dog is known for by uncovering some lost emails in her Nerding Day: DarkStalkers the Animated Series.

Dogg Zzone 9000 – Episode 245, Atlantis High with Lydia Bugg
We’re exploring the cursed media origins of the Hot Dog Crew, and this week it’s Lydia Bugg with a show called Atlantis High, a paranormal New Zealand YA sitcom. It’s like Saved by the Bell meets The X Files, but darker and hornier than either of those things. It definitely shouldn’t exist, but it does explain absolutely everything about Lydia.

Dogg Zzone 9000 – Episode 246, White Chicks with Dennard Dayle
The late Dennard Dayle brought White Chicks into the Dogg Zzone. Seanbaby and Brockway did what had to be done. Dennard claimed the film was responsible for his origin as a comedian and curator of cursed media. It’s almost admirable, that he was willing to die for this. He would be missed, if it weren’t for White Chicks.
