March arrives, and just as quickly it leaves us, like a gas station sandwich on a roadtrip.
This month our writers were super excited because it is the 150th anniversary of the website! Brockway started us off with a little ditty called Punching Day: Gil vs. Galerito. Seanbaby took time to reflect on a pivotal moment in cinematic history with Reflecting Day: The Pizza Extra from 2013’s The Internship. Lydia Bugg showed us what could have been had all apes not been stolen in Nerding Day: Seth Green’s Stolen NFT Show. Merritt K threw an educational VHS tape our way. Educational for who? Nobody knows, but it’s still Learning Day: Kid Safe: The Video. And Tom Reimann briefly came up for air to run us through an incredible TTRPG he has been obsessed with in Nerding Day: The TMNT RPG.
Oh, did you know we recently launched a new podcast archive? Check it out, you can search by title, topic, guest, all kinds of stuff. I think it’s pretty neat, and I hope you do too.
I watched a bunch of Heartland this month so I hope you like sexy cowboys! Don’t forget to listen to the theme song as you look at the illustrations.
Dogg Zzone 9000 – Episode 267, Six Million Dollar Man vs. Bigfoot with Alex Schmidt
Seanbaby and Brockway invite Secretly Incredibly Fascinating Alex Schmidt on the podcast for an endurance challenge. Three comedians, one bigfoot, five episodes of the Six Million Dollar Man. You do the math. It’s 17, right? It feels like 17.

Resident Hot Dog artist Rusty Shackles joins Brockway and Seanbaby to talk about Deathrow, another Blue Comet comic title from everyone’s favorite page-eater, Craig Stormon. This time he’s tackling the gritty ’90s with multiple Robocops!

Brockway and Seanbaby drag Rusty Shackles back to the Blue Comet offices to talk about Deathrow Issue #2, where everything turns into jetcycles and Detective Hank Blood can’t do a god damn thing right.

Dogg Zzone 9000 – Episode 270, Mary Beth’s Bean Bag World with Fryda Wolff
Seanbaby got Brockway and Fryda Wolff to agree to this podcast before telling them it was about Beanie Babies. They thought it might be about hacky sacks or novelty chairs, how could they have known it was about tragedy bears?

Mountain monsters is all about dicks and dragons this month. Maybe. I kind of skimmed the recap because I was too enthralled by what I saw in the cornfield.
BIGFEETS – Episode 66, K-9 Tracks by the Grave
Nothing happens in this one that isn’t directly related to Wild Bill’s penis. It’s the best episode they’ve ever made.

BIGFEETS – Episode 67, The Red -Eyed Beast
In this episode there might be a dragon, there might be a sasquatch Jacob Marley, there might be some career-ending injuries. But there is definitely a real beast, and the AIMS Team actually catch it! Holy shit, take a lab, boys! Sorry, I think that should be “take a lap.” N-no?
