Podcasting Day: The Thankful November Podcast Roundup TCG

November? I hardly know ‘er! Hahahaha. Thanks for comin’ out folks.

This month, Lydia kicked things off with a free article in October. She’s just that good. Learn all about the Toronto Scarf Queen and hope to be half as good as Lydia some day. Tom Reimann dropped by to nerd it up about one of the DOOM novels, specifically Doom Infernal Sky. Not to be outdone, Lydia roared back with a deep dive into everyone’s favorite TikTok series, The Emperor of Welding. Dennard Dayle continues to upset us, but he always does it in new and novel ways. This time it was with For Girls Only (No Boys Allowed!). Jason Pargin balanced the scales with one for the boys with a look at social media and Fat Hen Farms. Michael Swaim snuck in at the buzzer to nerd out about Tom Hankss’s’s most famous film, Mazes and Monsters.

And most importantly, Brockway took a moment to write up a wonderful appreciation post about someone near and dear to our entire community. This month we lost one of our best, someone that was the key ingredient in the primordial gunk that became the discord community that exists today. Brockway’s appreciation day post in honor of Cerril should be read by everyone that reads this site.

Podcasting Day: The Spooky October Podcast Roundup

October! Spooky! Ok, I know there is still a week left of October, but here’s the thing. I drew a bunch of spooky achromatic stuff for you this month and if I release it in November, it’s gonna look stupid. I don’t want that, and some of you probably don’t want that. But before we get into the podcasts and all of that, let’s see what delightful scares our writers freely released into the world this month.

Zak Koonce started the month off by scaring us silly with Punching Day: The Increasingly Insane Best of the Best Movies. We thought we were safe but they just kept releasing more! Dennard Dayle decided to hold a mirror up to our technocratic dystopian present with Upsetting Day: Friend. It’s like an episode of that one netflix show, but good! Undeterred, Lydia Bugg dove straight into body horror with Fucking Day: Penis Enlargement. Did you know erection levels are exactly like Super Saiyan levels? We do now! And Merritt K decided to throw everyone a bone after we all collectively died with Learning Day: Canadian Handbook for the Recently Embarrassingly Deceased. Oh also yeah we all died in Canada. Sorry about that.

Now that you are used to, you know, the whole being dead thing, let’s see what we had going on in our podcasts this month and look at some erotic art!

Podcasting Day: The September Podcast Roundup

Oh September, the forgotten month when a lot of you were born. Your parents were freaks and did freaky stuff, probably sucked toes. September babies disgust me. Have a regular birthday like everyone else.

Anyway, this month had a normal amount of podcasts and I was watching Mission Hill for the infinity-ith time and wanted to try and draw that art style. Turns out it is very difficult and I am awful at it! But I had a great time, so I hope you enjoy it anyway. You know who else had a great time this month? Our writers!

Lydia Bugg showed off an incredible amount of fuckboy pope hats in her Fucking Day: Pope Shopping Spree. Alex Schmidt didn’t want Lydia to have all the fun so he brought us a moustache that is illegal to show in 31 states with Fucking Day: Calgary Flames Red Hot. And Merritt K, not to ever be outdone, gave us a double whammy this month. First, she brought us up to Canada for some wholesome family TV with Learning Day: Kids Can Rock and Roll, and then she did the kind of deep journalism Hot Dog is known for by uncovering some lost emails in her Nerding Day: DarkStalkers the Animated Series.

Podcasting Day: August Podcast Roundup

I don’t know how to say this guys, but we fucked up. Somehow we broke time. Your guess is as good as mine, but I think the important thing to do at a time like this is to come together and move past it. On the bright side HOT DAMN IT’S AN EXTRA LARGE PODCAST ROUNDUP!

Before we get into that, let’s catch up on what was free to read this month. Articles, like podcasts for your eyes! Merritt K learned all about Alligator Pie. Well had us learn about it. Really wish she didn’t! Lydia Bugg brought us some delightfully upsetting quaint retro pornography. Oh Fuck, It’s Girl Hunt! Oh, do you know Jamie Kelly? She is the reason the podcasts sound and look so good. Maybe you heard her new songs on the latest bigfeets? Sorry, I’m getting lost in promotion here, it was her birthday! She drank and then reflected on what our drink suggestions say about us. It was delightful, just like a raspberry lemonade. And rounding out the month, Dennard Dayle gave us a glimpse behind the veil to learn about some advanced hell magick with Utterly Wicked. We don’t deserve the things he goes through for our entertainment. Not sure if that’s positive or negative. And Jason hit that grindset mindset and upsettingly wrote about his dear friend and personal hero, Andrew Tate’s Morning Routine.

As for me, I got a fancy new digital tablet to practice drawing on. Everyone in charge is too busy to stop me, or maybe they don’t even know I do this. Either way, enjoy these manga and VHS covers! I learned a lot doing this, but I’m not sure what style I should draw next month. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
